Leak Detection

Our commercial leak detection services are tailored to meet the needs of businesses, municipalities, and industrial facilities. Each service tier is designed to match property scale and complexity, from single-meter shops to large campuses and industrial water mains.

$650/2 HOURS + $120 PER TANK OF TRACER GAS/$290 per hour thereafter.

V1

Single-Meter Properties — $650 

Ideal for small businesses, single-building apartments, and municipal facilities served by one water meter. 


  • Scope: Service lines, irrigation, and interior plumbing — located with non-invasive methods to minimize disruption. 


$990/2 HOURS + $120 PER TANK OF TRACER GAS/ $290 per hour thereafter.

For properties with multiple meters and complex layouts, such as: 

●  School districts and multi-building campuses
 

●  Hospitals/medical facilities
 

●  Large strip malls with unit-level metering
 

●  Condo associations where more than one unit is involved
Notes:
 

●  Requires isolating and testing each meter/section individually.
 

●  When service requires shutting off multiple owner/tenant valves, it is treated as a
second-phase leak detection to ensure each section is thoroughly tested.
 

$3075/4 HOURS + $120 PER TANK OF TRACER GAS/$290 per hour thereafter

  • Industrial, Municipal & Fire Line Leak Detection
         
  • Designed for large-diameter lines (>4") including domestic mains, fire protection systems, and large-scale irrigation. 


  • May involve: an additional technician, multiple tracer-gas tanks, compressor rental, or other specialized equipment. 


  • Booking: Consultation required to review site conditions, access points, and prep needs. 


  • Billing: Flat rate covers the first 4 hours; additional time, equipment, and materials are billed thereafter. 


Diagnostics & Locating

=

$650/2 Hours +$290 per hour thereafter.

Sewer Camera Inspection

 Detailed video assessment of underground drainage to document condition, path, depth, and 

defects.  

$650/2 Hours +$290 per hour thereafter.

Utility / Line & Valve Locating

 Locating metallic/non-metallic water lines, valves, and related utilities using advanced methods. 


 

$1,450/3 Hours($1950 Afterhours)

Sewer Smoke Test

 Low-pressure, non-toxic smoke reveals cracks, faulty connections, and openings — effective 

where cameras alone may miss defects. Safe for people, pets, and plants. 

After-Hours Leak Detection & Diagnostics

After-hours service covers urgent or time-sensitive cases outside of normal operating times. (Holidays, weekends, evenings, and early mornings. Middle-of-night jobs quoted case-by-case.)

Water Surveys & Correlator Service (Municipal)

Water Surveys help municipalities monitor and manage large distribution systems during both peak and non-peak demand periods. Correlator Service is ideal for confirming precise leak locations with advanced acoustic technology. 


Peak Hours (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM): $950 / 2 hrs + $290/hr thereafter.


Non-Peak Hours: $1,750 / 2 hrs + $390/hr thereafter 


Correlator Service • Flat Rate: $850 per leak. $1250 after hours.


GPR Utility Mapping with Drone Service

Day Rate: $2850

Cutting-edge mapping with GPR and drones gives you a bird’s-eye and ground-penetrating view of your property—fast, accurate, and non-invasive.
 

Consultation Service System Assessment for Leak Detection

$250

 Recommended when plumbing systems are complex and require adjustments or preparation 

before testing. Examples include: 

● Steam lines 

    

●  Fire suppression systems
 

●  Geothermal loops
 

●  Larger-diameter piping networks
Includes:
 

●  On-site assessment of system layout
 

●  Identification of isolation points
 

●  Review of special procedures or access requirements 


Add-Ons & Materials

  •      Tracer Gas — $120 per tank (applies to all commercial jobs when used)
    Tank usage depends on line length, leak size, injection distance, and site conditions. Highly
    effective when standard acoustic/visual methods cannot confirm a leak.
         
  • Return Visits: Billed at the applicable hourly rate(45 days); tracer gas charges apply when used.
     
  • Equipment/Materials: Specialized equipment (e.g., compressors) and consumables are billed as needed (quoted or approved in advance).
