Pool & Spa Leak Detection Price Lis

 ● Pressure testing of all plumbing lines from equipment back to pool 

● Acoustic and structural testing of components (skimmers, lights, drains, etc.) 

● Service includes complete system testing of all components from the surface (approx. 90% of leaks do not require diving) 

● If leak is not located a dive is required, additional testing may be required prior to diving such as a bucket test. 

Residential Spa Leak Detection – $550 

● Includes pressure testing of all spa plumbing lines 

● Acoustic and structural testing of spa components (jets, lights, drains, etc.) 

• Plumbing Only
• Outlets must be accessible.

 ● Offered only for basic pool/spa combos without in-floor cleaning, swim jets, fountains,, etc. 

● Service includes complete system testing of all components from the surface (approx. 90% of leaks do not require diving) 

● If leak is not located, an isolation test will be performed prior to diving. 

 ● Exclusive service for pool, spa, combos with in floor cleaning systems, water falls, waterslides, fountains, infinity edge, ect. 

● Includes: ○ Pressure testing of all plumbing lines 

○ Structural testing of all components (including diving) 

○ Detailed reporting on each line that holds pressure and leak(s) location 

● Service Time: Typically 4–6 hours (adjusted for simpler setups) 

● ⚠️No partial or alternative leak detection services offered for these system types 

 ● Applied only when diving is required to complete testing 

● Performed with prior client approval 

● Covers structural inspection and in-water leak confirmation 

● Covers temporary structural leak repairs. 

● Service not offered in winter.
